Contour: Flat to very easy (decommissioned dairy farm). Well fenced and raced to 26 paddocks on Block one. Block two consists of seven paddocks with strong pastures.
Water: Both blocks have their own water supplies from bores, main lines 1'' to 1''1/4.
Buildings: Block one features a four bedroom home with double car garaging set amongst mature grounds. Block two features a five bedroom home with single garaging. Block one is predominantly used to milk on by a neighbouring dairy unit at present.
